Review of Service Delivery Policies

We are currently carrying out a review of some of our service delivery policies.  These include the policies below which you can click to view:

If you would like to share your views or have any comments in relation any of the policies, please use the contact form below.  A SurveyMonkey link has been sent to all tenants.  Alternatively please contact the office to discuss any of the policies with a member of staff.   Our Tenant Panel will be meeting on Thursday 15th February 2024 at 2pm at the office to discuss the policies however tenants are also welcome to attend.

The closing date for the consultation is Friday 16th February 2024 at 12pm.
