Annual Reports
All Registered Social Landlords are required to report their performance against the Charter outcomes and Regulatory Standards to tenants and other service users.
The Annual Report provides the Co-operative’s performance against charter outcomes and provides comparisons with the previous year’s performance and also local and national performance.
