Service Delivery Complaint

We regard a complaint as any expression of dissatisfaction about our action or lack of action, or about the standard of service provided by us or on our behalf.   We manage a variety of service delivery complaints in-line with the Scottish Public Service Ombudsman’s (SPSO) Model Complaints Handing Procedure The Model Complaints Handling Procedures and the SPSO Statement of Complaints Handling Principles SPSO Statement of Complaints Handling Principles

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible at the frontline by our trained members of staff.

If you wish to make a complaint, you can contact us by telephone, email, visit our office or complete the contact form below.  Please tell us about your complaint and what outcome you want from your complaint.  Please note that you do not need to fill in a form to make a complaint, but it may help for you to write everything down that you want to tell us.  You can also view our  Complaints Handling Procedure
