Planned Maintenance involves the replacement of components of the building which have limited life spans. This replacement is based upon regular stock condition surveys to to gauge levels of deterioration

Cyclical maintenance is work which is carried out on an agreed cycle to maintain the condition of a property, it can be carried out annually or every number of years. This includes but is not exhaustive to external painterwork, internal painterwork to common closes, cleaning, checking and repairing guttering and downpipes etc.
