To ensure that our homes continue to meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard for Scotland we have engaged David Adamson & Partners Ltd. to carry out selective stock condition surveys of our properties.
As part of the survey, surveyors will be carrying out a combination of external and internal surveys to some properties.
Please note that internal surveys will only be carried out to homes, where tenants have been written to in relation to this matter, however, surveyors may require to carry out an external survey of your home.
This essential work will help to inform our future programmes for component replacement/improvement works.
All of the survey staff carry photographic identification and you should ask to see this before allowing anyone access to your home. If you have any concerns relating to an individual’s identity, please do not provide access and contact the survey office (David Adamson & Partners Ltd.) on 0800 056 1051. Should this situation arise, survey staff will be understanding, and their office will confirm the surveyor’s identity for you.
