Annual Return on the Charter (ARC)

All social landlords require to demonstrate to the Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) how they are achieving the outcomes and standards in the Charter.  The ARC is also important for tenants and other service users to see how their landlord is performing and will be published by the SHR in August each year.

We submit our ARC to the SHR in May each year and these can be found within the table below.
