Mutual Exchanges

If you are a tenant of a social landlord, you have the option to exchange your tenancy with another tenant of your own landlord or another social landlord if you tenancy no longer meets your needs.  There is further information regarding Mutual Exchanges in our Tenancy Changes Policy here.

If you have found a tenant who you would like to exchange with, please contact the office on 0141 944 4902 to discuss this further.  A Mutual Exchange Form must be completed by both tenants wishing to exchange and returned to the office.  A decision will be made within 28 days.
