Neighbourhood Infrastructure Improvement Fund

Drumchapel has been awarded a share of £1M from the Neighbourhood Infrastructure Improvement Fund to spend making improvement in the area.

The community can put forward ideas for what they would like to spend the funding on.  The funding can be spent under the following categories:

  • Open and green spaces, including specific tree projects
  • Spaces for leisure and play, including community buildings
  • Street furniture
  • Street lighting and CCTV
  • Condition of roads
  • Condition of pavements
  • Road safety and crossings
  • Impact of flooding

All suggestions must be on Glasgow City Council land or buildings and you can put ideas forward by completing the online survey here.

The survey is open until the 10th January 2025.  All ideas will be put back to the wider community in February to vote on the ones you would like to see funded.
