Fair Work First
Fair Work First is a Scottish Government Policy for driving high quality and fair work, and workforce diversity across the labour market in Scotland. It is designed to encourage and support employers to adopt fair work practices within their organisation, focusing on the Fair Work First criteria.
Employers in Voluntary Housing (EVH) and UNITE the Union have agreed a Fair Work First statement for EVH full members. The statement confirms the standards set within the EVH arrangements that comply with the fair work criteria.
