How we let our properties
Due to the Housing and Homeless Emergency declared in Glasgow, we are currently providing a higher number of lets to Glasgow City Council for homeless referrals. This is in-line with our Local Letting Plan agreed by our Management Board.
The table below details the number of properties let by source of let over the past 3 years:
